Barbara Schiller2023-08-03I am amazed at the changes at PRMC since my last visit in March, which was not very pleasant. My recent visit was in response to my 15 year old who was suffering low blood pressure. Not only did we receive quick response and treatment we were both treated respectfully and truly listened to. Verses being treated like we didn't know what we were talking about or that the staff had better things to do like our previous visit. The ER doctor also made sure that both myself and my daughter understood the labs he ordered the medications given at the ER as well as the prescriptions we were sent home with, as well as things we can do at home to possibly keep us out of the ER in the future. I will most definitely be choosing PRMC as my fist choice ER and recommend that others do as well. Even if you had a bad previous experience like I did I don't think that will be the case anymore.
